• Attempt to access other restaurants data or accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy Forkit's platform or data
• Use Forkit for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy Forkit's software
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful offensive or obscene content
• Misrepresent your identity when creating an account
• Use Forkit to send spam to guests

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
